Duncan has extensive commercial experience at board level in a number of industries, most recently acting as Director of Customer Service & Accreditation at Ditto Bank in Paris. Based on his first hand knowledge across operations, finance and sales and marketing, Duncan has a unique ability to help organisations design and deploy differentiated customer facing operations to support growth at scale. Equally comfortable working outside of the UK, Duncan also has an MBA from Ashridge Business School.
Guy is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society specialising in interpersonal and organisational communication. He has spent much his career applying this expertise to helping organisations improve their communication with their customers. Under Guy’s guidance, horizon2 has developed a number of innovative and distinctive approaches to analysing, managing and improving customer communication.
